Returns & Exchanges

At Oliver Cabell, we aim for complete satisfaction with your handcrafted footwear; if you are not entirely pleased, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original, unworn condition. Please note that products must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear and all original accessories back into the Oliver Cabell box and outer shipping carton to ensure protection during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed within 10-14 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
